Helping to Stop the
Spread of COVID-19

The safety of our patients and staff is our priority. That’s why we’ve implemented the following precautions to help stop the spread of COVID-19:

  • All patients and staff will be required to wear a face mask while in our offices. If a patient does not have a mask, one will be provided.
  • Patients arriving at our offices will be screened for symptoms at the entrance of each facility and directed to the appropriate area to receive services.
  • Sick patients will be separated and isolated from others in designated rooms. These rooms will be closed and disinfected after each use.
  • Patients will be required to maintain a minimum of 6 feet from others. The number of patients in waiting rooms will be reduced to allow for adequate social distancing. If a waiting room reaches capacity, patients may be asked to wait in their vehicle until their appointment.
  • Our staff will continue to thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas and surfaces throughout our facilities.
  • Patients are encouraged to perform hand hygiene by using hand sanitizer which will be available throughout the center.

We are still scheduling appointments for new and existing patients; however, we have made several temporary adjustments to how we deliver care to reduce your risk and ensure safety. Adjustments we’ve made include:

Video/Telehealth visits: These visits allow you to use a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or desktop computer with a camera to speak with your provider through a video connection. We continue to encourage you to use telehealth visits, which allow us to provide many needed healthcare services while you are in the comfort of your own home.

Expanded In-person appointments: In-person visits, including early morning and afternoon appointments, are available to patients with health concerns that require special accommodations or as preferred. We’ve developed a direct rooming policy to minimize time spent in waiting rooms and ensure all patients and care team members wear masks and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Covenant House Health Services Inc. offers PCR and Antigen Rapid Tests at no cost to the patients.  Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

COVID Vaccines and Booster shots are now available.  Vaccines are given daily but must be scheduled.  Walk-ins for Vaccinations and Boosters are not accepted at this time.
