We provide a safe, respectful space for those at risk for or living with HIV—centering your needs, choices, and voice in every step of your healthcare journey.

Our Services Include:

• Medical Case Management

• Rapid HIV, Hepatitis, and STI Testing

• PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis)
  A daily medication that helps prevent HIV before exposure.

• PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis)
  Emergency medication taken within 72 hours of possible HIV exposure.

• Care Coordination with Medical Providers

What is PrEP?

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is a daily pill that significantly reduces your risk of getting HIV through sex or injection drug use. When taken consistently, PrEP is highly effective and helps put you in control of your sexual health.

What is PEP?

Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) is a short-term course of HIV prevention medicine taken after a potential exposure. PEP must be started within 72 hours of exposure and is meant for emergency use only.
