Senior Social Fridays - Hosted by Danielle Wilson

Our Senior Social events, coordinated by our Senior Wellness Department, give the perfect opportunity to invite our community of seniors for games, prizes, and educational experiences that improve their understanding of rapidly advancing world around them! CHHS has immense appreciation for our senior community for their everlasting wisdom.

Cinco De Mayo Family Fun Day - Hosted by Carmen Batista-Mejia

During the month of May, we reserve a place in our calendar to acknowledge the amazing influences that specific cultures have had on our communities. Through the lens of our Outreach Coordinator, Carmen Batista, and the wonderful team she has behind her, we use the day of May 5th every year to celebrate Mexican culture, heritage, and freedom!

Juneteenth Health & Wellness Celebration - A CHHS Special!

As a clinic full of a diverse staff that serve an even more diverse community, CHHS uses Juneteenth as a day to ensure everyone can feel celebrated, acknowledged, and educated on the trials and tribulations that continue to impact our community. Juneteenth for us will always be a day to give, in commemoration of those who’ve given countless times before.

In addition to these highlighted events, we host many more gatherings and celebrations across the year to showcase the impact we have continued to make on our community, and the difference our community has made by allowing us to grow and serve alongside them.
